I started with competitive research — studying how similar products in the dev tools and AI space were presenting themselves, and finding where everything looked the same. That's where I looked for room to differentiate. Every structural and visual decision came from that: what to lead with, how to sequence the narrative, where to let the product speak. A second designer joined toward the end to bring a fresh eye to the revision.
